[THREDDS #OQQ-649833]: RAX Radar Datasets

Greetings!

It appears that RAX is the first site that the NWS has migrated to replace the 
N0Q/N0U products with new "super resolution" variants under the N0B/N0G IDs. 
You can find more information about all the changes that are occurring to radar 
product distribution here:

The format of the new products should be compatible with the previous format 
for most tools (but higher in file size and resolution), so it should be enough 
to change "N0Q" to "N0B".
