[python #RWN-797481]: Surface charts (MetPy)

Greetings!

Unfortunately, I don't have the cycles to go through trying to reproduce that 
entire image.

Are there specific elements of that image that you are having trouble creating 
in Python? By asking detailed questions about specific features of this image 
we can make the best use of our limited time.
