Greetings! This error: > PermissionError(1, 'Operation not permitted') seems to indicate something is wrong with your conda install. I can't think of why you on macOS you wouldn't be able to install/upgrade a package in a miniconda install in your home directory. The easiest (and most likely to succeed) path forward is probably to completely delete your existing install and start over.
