Greetings! Apologies, this got lost in our pile of messages. If this is still a problem, I'd recommend one of two things: 1) Upgrade away from Python 3.6--that's pretty old at this point and many packages are starting to drop support for Python 3.6 2) Run `conda update --all` because it looks like your cartopy and shapely are both out of date.
