If you look at the first line in that image you'll see it's incorrect. It says:

pip install -e git+https://github.com/thub.com/Unidata/MetPy.git"; 
target="_blank" style="text-decoration: underline; 
">https://github.com/Unidata/MetPy.git

That's not going to work. You need to type:

pip install -e git+https://github.com/Unidata/MetPy.git
