>From the NOAA/NWS Ops Center: "NWS technicians continue to troubleshoot a major degradation of the NOAAPort/SBN through which the majority of NWS data flow.  This degradation has been noted since 10:30 a.m. EDT.  This outage/degradation has prevented or delayed dissemination of virtually all NWS products. By design, warning products are given the highest priority in the queue, so most warnings products have managed to disseminate albeit with a few minutes of delay. Other NWS products are waiting much longer in the queue to be disseminated.  Further details will be forthcoming as information becomes available."
