[noaaport] Is anyone seeing any data on Galaxy 31

Hello everyone,

We are getting a strong signal on 1130 MHZ (we think the NWS 990 MHZ frequency listed is in error) on Galaxy 31 (the new NOAAport broadcast), but no data.

Is anyone else seeing this?
