[Support #HDQ-517625]: Assistance requested for "Gap in packet sequence" log entries from noaaportIngester

Not that I know of, but we wouldn't know about other sites unless they
shared that information with us, and given that the settings are for
security, it would be most likely that they wouldn't share that kind
of information unless they were having problems.
