[netCDF #EIE-261011]: Read JPEG-LS data

Hello,

What version of libnetcdf are you working with?  JPEG-LS is not a 
natively-supported compression format for netCDF variables, but it is possible 
that you are accessing netCDF4 data using plugin support via the underlying 
HDF5 library.  Is this what you are doing?  Or is the data compressed with 
JPEG-LS outside of netCDF/stored in a non-netCDF file?
