Good afternoon, My apologies for the delayed response. It looks like you have compiled and installed the core C library, but still need to install the Fortran interface. This can be downloaded and installed from https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-fortran/releases. Let me know if installing the Fortran interface doesn't solve this issue!
