[netCDFJava #YWD-757002]: Getting an error while trying to access data [Java application]

Hi Adrian,

The public view of these tickets actually only includes messages from staff, 
not users.

That makes the page much less useful, if you ask me, but at least users' 
private information isn't exposed.
