[netCDF #HAW-868287]: syntax error, unexpected WORD_WORD , expecting SCAN_ATTR or SCAN_DATASET or SCAN_ERROR

Let's try one more experiment.
1. Make sure that .netrc is in HOME
2. remove the HTTP.NETRC line from .dodsrc
3. execute the nccopy command.

The reason for this experiment is to test if the
default .netrc location code is working or not.
