[netCDF #WLG-250208]: Which NetCDF library to use for Model Evaluation Toolkit

Hello,

It is most likely that you will need the netCDF C library, as this is the most 
common one.  However, it depends on what the MET tool from DTC requires.  You 
may need to contact the developers and ask them which library you'll need!
