Hello Chia, The config.log file you provided does not indicate any error, so I'm afraid I can't be of much help. NetCDF 4.1.3 is quite old and no longer supported by Unidata. Since it is being installed as part of the WRF model, you might contact the WRF maintainers and see if they can provide any help/insight.
