[netCDF #BYN-345552]: problem when installing netcdf-Fortran-4.4.3

Hello,

You will need to first install netcdf-c, which supplies the netcdf.h file 
required by the netcdf-fortran interface library.  You may download the most 
recent release from https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-c/releases.
