[netCDF #BRZ-403226]: Error while installing netcdf-fortran 4.4.2

This is an issue with how test results are being parsed by netCDF-Fortran 
4.4.2.  Please upgrade to the netCDF-Fortran release 4.4.3, available from 
https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-fortran/releases.
