[netCDF #AAJ-995965]: netcdf explorer

Hi Pedro,

I responded directly, but I'm also responding here to close out the ticket. 
I'll be happy to add it to the list of tools, and I'll also take a look at it 
when I get a chance and provide some feedback.  Thanks, congrats on the new
