[netCDF #TMR-458993]: Failure to handle GDS server-side analysis URL with netcdf 4.3.2

1. If you put that url with a .dds extension
    into your browser, do you get back what you expect?
2. Ditto using .dods extension?
3. Is there anyway to get the tomcat logs for your server
   when you ncdump the url?
