[netCDFJava #WKX-752694]: Level III radar product not handled:

Hi Paul,

I took the file you sent and tracked through the code to where netcdf-java is 
getting stuck.  You're getting an error because the code doesn't know how to 
handle the product data type in the file.  I've created a Jira ticket for the 
issue, but it may be a little while before we figure out the format.
