[netCDF #MBT-898164]: NetCDF queries...

Sorry, no, I don't know of any way to convert such data to netCDF, other than
writing a program that reads the compressed binary data the same way it was
originally written, on a computer that used the same byte order for data.

Maybe you could contact the data center where the model output was created?
