[netCDF #KMS-124565]: dodsrc and netcdf

So this is a client-side issue then.

First, recall that $HOME is defined per-user,
so each separate user will have different .dodsrc
file.

Second, you will need to insert into .dodsrc
the information on a per-clientXper-server basis to specify
the authorization mechanism to use.

Do you know what authorization mechanisms you will be using?
