[netCDF #CII-459989]: netCDF 4.1.2+ zlib requirements

I don't know. If the 1.2.3 interface
is a subset of the 1.2.5 and netcdf
does not use any thing not in 1.2.3,
then it should work fine.

However, you will need to make sure
that what ever version you use is the
same one that was used in building
the HDF5 library.
