I've spent many hours trying to crack this one. If you have cygwin installed and used the cygwin environment to build and install netCDF, it should work OK. If you're trying to use Visual Studio, we don't have any solutions for gfortran, or any binaries built for Windows that include Fortran libraries for any Fortran compiler. Sorry!
