[THREDDS #KCF-378294]: OPeNDAP Data access output option (netcdf)

The unidata client side
java code does provide a
netcdf-like interface for opendap, but
it produces output in the form
of the Common Data Model (CDM),
which is similar to, but not quite
identical to the netcdf-4 data model.

The netcdf C code does provide
access to opendap data that is
netcdf-3 compatible.
