[netCDF #SBF-902569]: about the c program execution

Howdy Amol!

There are ways to create a netCDF file without writing a C program. You can use 
some of the many utilities which will do this. Within netCDF there is a utility 
called ncgen which will generate a netCDF file from an ASCII file in special 
format. Take a look at the documentation here:
