[netCDF #IGW-204788]: NetCDF doc errata

Thanks for reporting this error.  I've verified the documentation bug in the C 
and
Fortran-77 Users Guides and checked in a fix.  The documentation for the 
def_opaque
functions should be corrected in the upcoming 4.1.2 release.
