[netCDF #WVN-277991]: netCDF combinations

Paul,

Thanks.  I should have also asked if you had any non-default configure
settings, such as "--enable-netcdf-4".  If not, then you built what is
equivalent to version 3.6.3, the latest netCDF-3 release.  That's what
I'll assume, unless you respond otherwise.  In any case, thanks again
for the information.
