[netCDF #UIE-956852]: netCDF 4.0 Visual Studio 2005

I am going to close this support question. If you have seen the recent
announcement on the netCDF mailing list, the netcdf-4 port to visual studio
2008 is now working, and sample DLLs can be found here:

Work on the windows port continues, but I think it is in a good enough state
for you to proceed with your pascal wrapper, if you wish to do so.
