[netCDF #FRL-611318]: Building/Installing netCFD

Hi Jaafar,

It doesn't look like there is an error in the output you sent.

That is what is part of the expected output from building the
netCDF libraries and utilities from the source code.

Here is example output from a successful build of netCDF on
Linux:

  http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/builds/4_0/nc4_g95_nsu_out.txt

Note that there may be warnging messages during the compilation, but
if all the tests pass, the build was successful.
