Ulas, It looks like you are sourcing scripts for Intel compilers: > source /opt/intel_fc_80/bin/ifortvars.csh > source /opt/intel_cc_80/bin/iccvars.csh and setting you PATH for Intel compilers, but trying to use a PGI compiler. If you want to use the PGI compilers instead of the Intel compilers, there may be a script you have to source to properly set the runtime library environments.
