[netCDF #RIT-216945]: netCDF-4 question

Hi Liam,

You will not be able to read an arbitrary HDF5 file, but you will be able to
read some HDF5
files not created using the netCDF-4 API.  There is a list of HDF5 features not
supported
in netCDF-4 here:
