Hi Simone, We maintain and support netCDF, but not packages like CDO that are developed by others and that make use of netCDF. For help with CDO, you will need to contact the developers or one of the institutions that supports CDO: ZMAW, DKRZ, ECMWF or DWD. However, I think libimf.so is the Intel Math Library that provides runtime support for icc, the Intel C compiler. You might check with whoever installed icc on you platform to find out where the runtime libraries such as libimf.so were installed. You might also get this error if you just copied CDO executables from a platform that had the shared library libimf.so installed somewhere but neglected to also copy the shared libraries that CDO uses. In this case, you could fix the problem by reinstalling CDO from source or by copying everything that's needed, including all the shared libraries. --Russ Russ Rew UCAR Unidata Program address@hidden http://www.unidata.ucar.edu Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: LJK-384152 Department: Support netCDF Priority: Normal Status: Closed
