No, sorry, it's not part of the NASA-funded project.  We will have to
update our GRIB to netCDF converter, gribtonc, eventually to handle
GRIB2.  I'll CC: our decoders developer, Robb Kambic, who maintains
gribtonc, in case he has anything to add.
