parallel netCDF library beta

Harsh,

I asked about your parallel netCDF library beta version, but I just
looked at the preliminary performance report:

and now realize it is probably premature to ask about this now.  I
also see from the report that you know about the MPInetcdf parallel
library work done at Northewestern/ANL.

I would still be interested in any more details or progress reports
about this project if there are further developments ...
