I've been trying to compile the NetCDF source in windows XP for the Fortran
90 NetCDF libraries.  Is there any suggestions you can make, or better yet,
can you point me in the direction of an already compiled F90 library?

I dont know of an already compiled library. We have not had time to do that ourselves.
