We have no such conversion utility.

A quick google search (google.com) using 'hdf netCDF converter' as the
search key yields links that allow one to go from netCDF to HDF, but
not the other way.

Since there are some data structures that can be stored in HDF that can
not be stored in netCDF, a general conversion utility would be
impossible to construct.
