Thanks.  There was information in the FAQ at:

  http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/faq.html#mac

but I had neglected to add it to the "Other Builds" document.  It
appears Malyshev's port is for netCDF version 3.4, so I've added
mention of it to that section of the document:

  http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/other-builds.html#macos
