Many, many programs do. You will not be able to use the Fortran-90 interface until you obtain a Fortran-90 compiler. Because you don't have any Fortran-90 programs, this won't be a problem. One can do everything with the Fortran-77 interface that one can do with the Fortran-90 interface.
