Sorry, but I have been unable to find any evidence of netCDF support
in LabView.  It does support Matlab commands, however, and there is
considerable support for netCDF with Matlab (see mentions of Matlab in
http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/packages/netcdf/software.html for
example).  So it might be possible to use the ability of Matlab to
access netCDF files and the ability of LabView to issue Matlab
commands to do what you want ...
