Thanks for letting us know this worked.  In order to make the
information available to others who want to use the PGI compilers for
netCDF, would you please tell us what the settings were for the
following environment variables:

    CC          (pgcc?)
    CFLAGS
    FC          (pgf77? pgf90?)
    FFLAGS      (-DpgiFortran?)
    CXX
