Re: netCDF 331 Makefiles

Thanks for sending your changes.  I'll pass them on to John Caron, who
is providing Windows NT support.  He used Visual C++ 5.0 to test the
maks.zip, and it may not be possible to make it compatible with the 4.0
version as well ...
