The latest version of netCDF (3.3.1, June 1997) is available in source form from ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/netcdf.tar.Z If you would rather use a pre-built (compiled) version, it is available precompiled for AIX 4.2 from ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/binary/aix_4.2-rs6000/netcdf-3.3.1.tar.Z We don't maintain GMT 3.0, but as far as I know, this version works fine with GMT, since it uses the same file format as previous versions and has backward compatibility with the previous version interfaces. --Russ _____________________________________________________________________ Russ Rew UCAR Unidata Program address@hidden http://www.unidata.ucar.edu
