Yes, you can get a compressed PostScript version of the netCDF User's
Guide suitable for printing from either of these files:

    ftp://ftp.unidata.ucar.edu/pub/netcdf/guide.ps.Z
    ftp://ftp.dfd.dlr.de/pub/ucar/netCDF/guide.ps.Z
