There is a copy on line in our anonymous FTP area (ftp unidata.ucar.edu,
cd pub/netcdf, get the binary file guide.ps.Z). This is a postscript
copy of the latest version. If you need a hard copy, let me know and
I'll see if we have any spare ones around the office.
