Sorry, we do not supply Makefiles for linking GMT against our netCDF
package -- the GMT distribution should supply those.

Laura Kong of the United States Geological Survey (USGS) reported a
problem in linking GMT against our netCDF package -- and she apparently
solved it.  I suggest that you contact her at address@hidden.
