[UDUNITS #JWF-946673]: Issues installing UDUNITS-1-12.11

The output of "make &>make.log" revealed the problem (lack of yacc(1)).

To use bison(1), you'll have to modify the file "lib/Makefile": replace all 
occurrences of the string "yacc" with the string "bison -y".
