You could write a netCDF program or a netCDF-Perl script to do this, but it would be very specialized. A better strategy might be to use a netCDF-based software package that allows for general manipulation of netCDF datasets. There are many such packages. See <http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/software.html>. I do not know which package would be best for your purpose. You could post an inquiry to the netCDF-group mailing-list <address@hidden> -- asking for advice on which package to use. > Have a nice day. > > > Shinsaku A Nakamura > IMS Laboratory, Tokyo, Japan > address@hidden Regards, Steve Emmerson Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: ITS-697598 Department: Support netCDF Perl Priority: Normal Status: Closed
