[netCDFJava #TOB-380274]: netcdfAll-4.6.8.jar

Hi Cliff,

Your installation looks okay to me. NCdumpW is the default utility that will be 
executed when you launch netcdfAll.jar using the "-jar" option. It's 
complaining that you didn't provide the expected arguments though. Here's a 
reference for our command-line utilities:

What are you trying to do with the library?
