Hi Matthew, Publishing to Maven Central is on our TODO list, not only for JJ2000, but for all of our Java products. However, the process is tedious, especially since some of our products are built using Gradle. So, we've been reluctant to tackle this task. We intend to do it some time this year, but I can't be any more specific than that.
