[netCDF #RWH-394641]: NetCDF Java: Writing Structures to files

Greetings Nhan,

I thought the PATH needed to point to the lib directory of
the netcdf-c install, not bin. Did it used to work pointing to
bin? Unfortunately, I do not have a windows machine to test
on currently. Could you try adding the netcdf lib/ directory to
the path?
